All Business Services are provided at no cost to businesses throughout the Bay Consortium region. Our goal is to save your business time and money by providing workforce solutions that help you hire, retain, and grow your workforce.
Can you help us find candidates for hard-to-fill positions?
Do you offer training for current employees?
The Bay Consortium can connect businesses with workforce training resources, including possible incumbent worker training options. Through our Incumbent Worker Training (IWT) Program, eligible businesses may receive up to 90% reimbursement for the cost of training current employees to build new skills, improve productivity, and retain talent. Training can be customized to your business needs.
