Hosted by the Bay Consortium Workforce Development Board\, FutureFest introduces students to the wide range of careers\, industries\, and opportunities available throughout our region while helping them begin thinking about their future goals. \nThrough interactive exhibits\, demonstrations\, simulations\, and conversations with local employers and professionals\, students will explore careers in skilled trades\, healthcare\, public safety\, technology\, education\, manufacturing\, hospitality\, agriculture\, transportation\, and many other high-demand industries. \nFutureFest is designed to help students: \n\nDiscover careers they may not have previously considered\nConnect classroom learning to real-world career opportunities\nLearn about workforce opportunities available within their local communities\nExplore the skills and education needed for different career pathways\nBuild confidence\, curiosity\, and excitement about their future\n\nUnlike a traditional career fair\, FutureFest emphasizes hands-on learning and active participation.
